1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and nebjee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing any part of the nebjee platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the nebjee platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, participation in promotions, and use of the casino and sports betting products. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the nebjee platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, by logging into an existing account, or by otherwise using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally. These Terms apply to every interaction you have with the platform from the moment of first access.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are drafted and published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict arising from a translation of these Terms into any other language, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed entirely if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the nebjee platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. nebjee operates as an exclusively adult platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or accessing any product on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another individual or entity when placing bets or conducting financial transactions on the platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of nebjee or any of its affiliated entities.

2.1 Age Verification

nebjee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence. If a player fails to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by our compliance team, nebjee reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

2.2 Responsible Use of Parental Controls

If you share a device or computer with individuals under the age of 18, you are strongly encouraged to use parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites. nebjee recommends software such as Net Nanny, Kaspersky Safe Kids, and similar solutions. nebjee accepts no liability for access by minors resulting from a failure to implement appropriate household controls.

3. Account Registration

To access betting, casino, and other real-money products on nebjee, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals as described in Section 2 above.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account on the nebjee platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where nebjee identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts will be suspended. Any balances and pending withdrawals across all duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and the player will be permanently banned from the platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. nebjee strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-step verification (2SV) via SMS, which is available within Account Settings.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nebjee support immediately at [email protected]. nebjee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to security and fraud prevention, nebjee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players will be required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC documents may include proof of identity (national ID, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. nebjee reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

nebjee supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on nebjee is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by nebjee, though your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your nebjee account within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.

nebjee does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. nebjee does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the nebjee finance team within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, funds are typically delivered within 1–3 business hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers. nebjee is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing timelines.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on the nebjee platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If you deposit using a payment method that processes in a different currency, the conversion rate applied by your payment provider at the time of the transaction will determine the BDT amount credited to your account. nebjee is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by third-party providers.

4.4 Transaction Fees

nebjee does not charge any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply its own transaction fees in accordance with its standard tariff. Please check your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

nebjee regularly offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's detail page. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement must be turned over ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before a withdrawal request can be submitted.

5.2 Qualifying Games

Not all games on the nebjee platform contribute equally toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bets placed on restricted games while a bonus is active will not count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry period, the bonus and any winnings generated from bonus funds will be automatically removed from the account. The expiry period applicable to each bonus will be stated at the time of issue and is non-negotiable.

5.4 Abuse of Bonuses

nebjee operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once; placing low-risk or opposing bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk; using automated software to claim or utilise bonuses; and any other behaviour that nebjee, in its sole discretion, determines to constitute an abuse of the promotional system. Where bonus abuse is identified, nebjee reserves the right to void any bonuses, reverse any associated winnings, and close the account concerned.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on nebjee is governed by the rules set out in this section, together with the specific game rules provided within each product. In the event of a conflict between this section and the specific rules of a particular game or market, the specific game rules shall prevail.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on nebjee are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. nebjee reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules for the sport and market concerned. In most cases, a postponed match not played within 12 hours of the original scheduled start time will result in all bets being voided and stakes returned.

Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of the trading team. nebjee shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of a market being suspended during live play.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games on the nebjee platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer products, human dealers operating under the supervision of the relevant game provider. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel. nebjee does not modify RTP percentages from those set by the original game provider.

6.3 Void Bets and Winnings

nebjee reserves the right to declare any bet or gaming round void and refund the stake to the player's account in the event of a technical error, data feed failure, manifest pricing error, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the platform. Where winnings have already been credited to an account as a result of a manifest error, nebjee reserves the right to reclaim those winnings, including by deducting the relevant amount from the player's available balance.

6.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day, depending on the sport, market, and game type. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface. nebjee reserves the right to apply lower maximum payout limits to any player at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nebjee platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may lead to referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform simultaneously or at any time.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 18.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature for personal gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any activity that nebjee reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise extract data or intellectual property from the platform without express written consent.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening any member of the nebjee support team or other players in any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

nebjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment method verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18.
• Identification of duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used in contravention of applicable law.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• At the voluntary request of the account holder.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your nebjee account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Account closure does not automatically cancel any outstanding bets that have already been accepted; those bets will be settled in the normal way and any resulting winnings credited or losses deducted before the account is formally closed.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, access to the platform will be revoked. If the closure is initiated by nebjee due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited in their entirety. If the closure is at the player's voluntary request and no breach is involved, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity and no financial transactions for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. nebjee reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month to dormant accounts once the dormancy period is reached. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in to the platform.
